簡介：Desthiobiotin PEG Thiol is one of Nanocs' thiolated desthiobiotin PEG derivatives that can bind to gold particle surface with high affinity. It can also react with a number of thiol reactive groups such as maleimide, iodoacetyl and pyridyldithio, etc. Reactions bewteen thiol and gold or other groups allows conjugation of desthiobiotin tag to targeted molecule or materials substrates quickly and efficiently. Resulted desthiobiotin can be used to bind to avdidin or streptavidin. PEG linker between thiol and desthiobiotin offers better water solubility, reduced steric hindrance and ehanced reactivity.
